The key design features include an intercooler scoop mounted on the hood, unique front- and rear bumpers, aggressive side skims, and aluminum 18-inch wheels with Dunlop tires. Bi-xenon headlamps are included, as well as a metallic black rear vaance, LED taillights and a huge roof-mounted rear spoiler.

Mazda’s MZR 2.3 liter DISI turbocharged engine produces 191 kW (260 PS) of power and 380 Nm torque. The 0-100 km/h sprint takes just 6.1 seconds. Top speed is limited at 250 km/h (155 mph). The revised 6-speed manual transmission features a torque-sensing, limited-slip differential and a wider gear ratio. Additionally, the drive shafts have been improved to reduce torque steer.
