Skoda Fabia Facelift 2010 First Spy Photos

The facelifted Skoda Fabia is revealed to us for the first time. The front bumper is sportier and offers more customization possibilities.

Today, we were able to see the first spy photos of the Skoda Fabia 2010. Three years after its introduction, the second generation of this supermini in Czech will be given a facelift.

The two-tone variant of the vehicle was not camouflaged in the Austrian mountains when the photogs saw it. This is the vehicle’s new sporty front bumper. It features a honeycomb lower grille and built-in positioning to fog lights.

At this year’s Geneva Motor Show, the possibility of using multiple colors on the Fabia was presented. Skoda Fabia Sport Design Concept was displayed by the VW-owned automaker. It made extensive use of black and red. A Skoda Fabia Scout Design Study in Geneva also showed a car with a forrest-green color that was offset by white. Rumours suggest that the Sport concept will be the Skoda Fabia vRS 2010, possibly joining the Fabia’s facelifted version.

The headlamps of the spied vehicle are identical to the current model. The camera angle shows that the car is riding slightly lower in the rear. This could be due to the testing apparatus mounted on the wheels.

We will no doubt see more photos of this car in the weeks leading up to its debut in Frankfurt in September.
