Although the RS6 Avant is without doubt one of the most sought-after cars ever to carry the Four Rings it is not surprising that the seller is asking a high price. It’s a luxury wagon and tech-heavy sportscar all rolled into one attractive package. However, there is no reason to spend this much money.
It’s better to order one directly from Audi, as long as you are able to wait for delivery. A quick Google search of the Auto Trader website will show you several other options for this super wagon. One dealer selling the RS6 in New Jersey is listed at $119,840.
The price tag is a bit steep, but if you have ever wondered how an Audi RS6 Avant would look in real life, it’s pretty close. The beautiful Navarra blue paint is the same as the Retro-Flavoured Tribute Edition, which harkens back to the and RS2. The listing states that the wagon has traveled 335 miles (539 km).
It remains to be seen if it will find a home at the exorbitantly high price. Audi USA hopes that the long-awaited RS6 Avant will prove to be a huge success. Maybe this will also convince them to bring the smaller, more affordable RS4 Avant here.
