WCF readers have sent their visions of the Audi TT RS that is likely to be released next year.
We received a vision from a WCF user about the Audi TT RS that will be released sometime next year.
It’s early enough for Audi to discuss the range-topping RS version of the third generation TT, but it’s still too soon. One Audi fan pictured the TT with the body of the hotter version that will be released next year. The Audi TT RS render shows a more conservative silhouette. It also features a lowered suspension, a muscular body, and beefy alloy wheels. Instead of using chromed horizontal lines, the TTS has a honeycomb-like pattern on the front grille.
The 2015 Audi TT RS will likely continue to use the 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine. Its output is expected to rise over the previous generation, which had 340 PS (250 kW), and 360 PS (265 kW), in the TT RS Plus. It will likely be in the range of 408 PS (300 kW), as suggested by Matthew Dale, an Audi Australia product planner when discussing the upcoming RS3.
The RS3 should be out by the end of this year. We will then have a better idea about the TT RS output.
