Mercedes has announced that the AMG will come in at least eight colors.
Although the company did not release the names of the colors, these pictures indicate that the model will come in a range of colors including yellow, black and red as well as grey, silver, white, and grey. The metallic accents on both the front spoiler and grille make the blue model stand out.
The AMG GT will launch in early 2012 and features a twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 engine producing 462 PS (339kW) and 600 Nm (442lb-ft). It is connected to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission which enables the coupe to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.0 seconds before hitting an electronically-limited top speed of 304 km/h (189 mph).
The AMG GT S has a twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 engine with 510 PS (379 kW) and 665 Nm (479 lbft) of torque. This enables the car to run from 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 310 km/h (193 mph).
