For now, a new lease of life.
The Nissan Z Proto has been a topic of great interest in recent times and received strong industry attention. The back-to-the future Z will be available in showrooms by 2022. Japan’s automaker extended the sales of its 370Z model to 2021 as a temporary measure.
It would be remiss to not mention that the Z lineup has seen renovations before. The 370Z Roadster was the first to get a makeover after the 2019 model year. The 50th anniversary edition package, which costs $2,600 (EUR 2,149.7), offers a spicy two-tone paint job and faux suede in your cockpit.
The new Z model was first seen in October 2019 with a bodged, 370Z body. It didn’t last very long, however, as there are key differences between them. The most difficult discrepancy to spot is the vehicle’s form factor. It measures 4.7 inches (11.9 cms) longer than the predecessor and is also taller, wider, and higher.
The Z35 has big hips and a teardrop hood. It also features headlights and taillights that are inspired by the Z32 300ZX. The 400Z’s 19-inch wheels are a striking feature compared to its predecessor, which was on 20-inch hoops.
The Infiniti Q60’s twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 will produce around 400 horsepower (298.2kW) – both manual or automatic transmissions will also be available. The Z34’s performance is getting closer as the release date remains uncertain.
