This is something you won’t see every single day. People who enjoy tailgating at sporting events often see it every day or every weekend. There are many custom cooking rigs available, but this is the first time that we have ever seen a pickup truck conversion by a manufacturer. It’s the Nissan Smokin Titan and has had all the cool tailgating accessories thrown at it – even the kitchen sink.

The incredible upgrades made to transform a stock Titan into a Smokin’ Titan – a built in smoker, stove, and spice rack – make it a dream vehicle for people who enjoy spending time smoking meat with their loved ones.
Nissan presented this creation at the 2018 Work Truck Show. As the photos show, it’s not just a pickup truck with an integrated grill. It starts out as any other Titan XD truck, but a slew if aftermarket upgrades soon follow. The stock bed is taken out and replaced by an aluminum flatbed by CM Truck Beds. This makes it possible to have three (yes, three!) food preparation stations. Each station has its own double burner stove. A 50-quart refrigerator/freezer and a custom spice rack are both installed inside the Titan. Yes, the flatbed has a sink that is honest to goodness and provides its own water supply.
Tailgating pros know that while the gear is amazing, it’s not used to smoke meat. Instead of throwing out the Titan’s pickup bed, it is mounted on a trailer and equipped with two Titan Boxes to store the chips and pellets necessary for a tasty smoked entree. A custom smoker and grill are mounted on a sliding tray that uses the existing Utili-Track system.
Unfortunately, you cannot order a Smokin Titan from Nissan. Although this special build is a one-off, it is not impossible to order a Smokin Titan from Nissan. Nissan claims that 20 different aftermarket parts were used in this build, which was sourced from various manufacturers across the grilling, kitchen and pickup truck segments.
