These crossovers will debut on April 16.

General Motors will display a variety of crossovers at Auto Shanghai later this month. In addition to the Buick Encore, Encore GX, and the Chevy Tracker, the automotive conglomerate will also unveil the Chevy Trailblazer and Trailblazer. Although the company sporting the bowtie emblem won’t reveal any details about its two new high-riding models it will say that they will feature “GM’s latest propulsion technology, intelligent connectivity, and safety technologies.”

According to various reports, the Tracker’s new model is shorter, wider and lower than its predecessor. It also has a 0.6 inch longer wheelbase, which allows for more interior space. A small turbocharged three-cylinder engine of 1.0-liter capacity with 115 horsepower is expected to power the vehicle. It will be mated to a dual-clutch six-speed automatic transmission. It will be priced below the Trax in terms of positioning.

The Trailblazer will likely fill the gap between Equinox and Trax. The new crossover will not mark the return to the Trailblazer name. This is because the name was retained by GM after the second generation was discontinued in America in 2009. The Colorado truck was used to create the second generation. It was launched in Australia in 2012 as a Holden, and has also been sold in Asia and Brazil.

All the details will be revealed on April 16, when Chevrolet unveils the Tracker and Trailblazer at Auto Shanghai 2019.
