Hyundai Venue Flux Gets a Hot-Stamped Front Grille

The new grille brings a whole new look to small crossovers.

If you are looking to get into the crossover/SUV market, the Hyundai Venue can be your entry-level option. The starting price is $17,250, with ceilings at $23,270. This makes it a great choice for those who want to have a little more ride height, but not a huge car. It is even smaller than the Kona, and it stands out as the smallest cross-over in the Hyundai vehicle range. Its funky styling appeals to younger car buyers and is one of its main selling points. The Venue stands out in Hyundai’s cross-model range with its retro styling cues, contrast colors and grid grille.

Hyundai has introduced a new Venue trim level in South Korea. It is different from the rest of Hyundai’s lineup. The Venue Flux is a new variant that features a front grille hot-stamped. It’s quite different from the regular Venues. The new grille is hot-stamped and features an intricate design that’s reminiscent luxury brands. However, the new Venue Flux’s fascia is able to align the quirky crossover with the rest of Hyundais. The funky styling of the new Venue Flux exudes class. However, it doesn’t mean that there aren’t playful color options.

The Venue Flux, as seen on Hyundai South Korea’s website, has the acid yellow/gray combination. It’s identical to the vehicle we drove in Australia last summer. This Venue is distinguished by its acid yellow (or green) accents, rocker panels, and other highlights. The changes in the Venue Flux are only cosmetic, but you can expect the 1.6L engine to power the crossover. The Hyundai Venue Flux is currently only available in South Korea. It is not yet available in the United States.
