Top Spy Shots for the Week of June 27

Highlights this week include the Chevrolet Silverado EV and production-spec 3.0 CSL Hommage Ford Ranger SuperCrew.

Motor1.com posts spy shots of future vehicles almost every day, sometimes even more frequently. This list contains all the latest glimpses of vehicle development from the past week.

The Bentley Continental PHEV looks almost ready for production. It has the W12-style lower fender badges and exhaust outlets. However, we don’t expect this engine to serve as the base for the plug-in motor. The driver’s side rear bumper houses the charging port.

The Cupra Tavascan, which will be sold under the Spanish brand’s name, is the Spanish version of the Volkswagen ID. These spy shots reveal that the Cupra Tavascan has a completely different front than the VW. We expect the mechanical components to be identical.

Top Spy Shots for the Week of June 27

The global version of Ford Ranger has been released, but we have not yet seen the North American version. This truck has the SuperCrew four-door body and the 6-foot longer bed.

Mercedes-Benz EQA will get a new grille. These images don’t show any other significant styling changes.

Mercedes is updating the GLA-Class crossover. These changes are significant. The taillights and front fascia have been resculpted.

Mercedes-Benz GLS gets a new lower fascia, with a more complicated design. There are also minor changes to the taillights.

The next generation Skoda Superb will come in a sedan or wagon. This is the latter. These photos show styling similarities to the smaller Octavia. It rides on an evolution from the MQB platform. 

Volkswagen Arteon will get a refreshed center screen. There is concealment on the instrument panel and center console, which suggests tweaks. Additional sensors can be found on the exterior.
