Cherokee SRT8 brings US flavors to Paris
The 2013 Grand Cherokee SRT8 limited Edition has been introduced by Jeep in Paris. This October, the limited edition 2013 Grand Cherokee SRT8 will go on sale.
A week ago, Jeep announced the 2013 Grand Cherokee RT8 limited edition. The vehicle has a bright white exterior and gloss black accents. It rides on 20-inch alloy wheels.
This HEMI V8 6.4-liter unit produces 462 horsepower (344 kW) as well as 460 lb/ft (624 Nm). It can sprint from 0 to 60 mph (0-100 km/h), in just 5 seconds, and will continue going until it reaches a top speed 160 mph (257 km/h).
The Jeep Selec-Track system manages the adaptive damping suspension, which is tuned to SRT. It has five modes, auto, sport and two, track, snow, and comes with five dynamic modes. Standard equipment includes a Harman Kardon 19-speaker sound system with subwoofer, Command View dual pane sunroof, and many safety systems such as Forward Collision Warning or Blind Spot Detection.
The cabin features Nappa leather/suede sport seats, stainless-steel pedals, carbon fiber trim, and a heated steering column with paddle shifters.
