Although no official details are available at this time, we can assume from these photos that they are single-piece carbon fiber wheels. A recent Koenigsegg brochure mentions that the Agera S features the same look and functions as the Agera R. It also has the flexibility to burn biofuels.
According to the same brochure, the Agera S was designed for areas that do not have E85 or E100 biofuels. This version is optimized to produce maximum output using premium unleaded fuel (93-octane US/98 or higher Europe/Asia). The Agera S can produce 1030 horsepower (768 kW) or 811 lbft (1100 Nm) when running on premium fuel.
