Bentley’s Bentayga EWB was introduced less than a month ago. Now, the company has revealed a First Edition variant. Bentley will limit production for the first 12 month of orders. The company claims that the special-edition SUV includes many of the most desirable options.
The exterior badge will make it difficult for anyone to mistake the elongated Bentayga as anything other than the First Edition. The branding continues inside the car, with “First Edition” embroidered on the seats. Bentley gives the SUV contrast stitching and embroidery. The model comes with a unique 22-inch 10-spoke directional wheel and brighter lower bumper grilles.
The First Edition includes brand’s Diamond Illumination and LED welcome lights. It also features a 20-speaker, 1,720-watt Naim For Bentley sound system. The First Edition also includes heated steering wheels, an “increased” driver’s assistance aids and mood lighting. There are also illuminated tread plates and quilted seats. Customers have the option to add the Bentley Rear Entertainment system to stream media up to 10.1 inches.
The Bentayga increases the SUV’s wheelbase by 7.1 inches (180 millimeters), which expands the rear-seat legroom. The SUV’s overall length is 209.5 inches (5.322 mm) due to the extra girth between its axles. The EWB’s most distinctive feature is the Airline Seat, which allows for 22-way adjustment. You can also recline it up to 40 degrees.
Bentley claims that there are 24 million trim combinations for the Bentayga EWB. The First Edition is not excluded. The standard exterior color palette is 16 colors. However, customers can choose from the extended paint range of Bentley, which offers over 60 colors. You will have a variety of veneers and stitching options for your interior.
The twin-turbocharged, 4.0-liter V8 of the Bentayga EWB produces 542 horsepower (404 Kilowatts) as well as 568 pound-feet (707 Newton-meters), of torque. This large SUV can reach speeds of 62 mph (100 km/h) in just 4.6 seconds. The standard Bentayga EWB will be delivered later in the year.
