Dacia Introduces a New Badge to All Lines

Although the new logo was revealed in early 2021 and cars equipped with the badge will not be available until late 2022, deliveries of vehicles bearing the badge will begin.

Dacia Link is the name for the swanky emblem of the Romanian brand. We first saw it on the Bigster concept in January 2021. The minimalist logo was first used in communication documents and letterheads by the brand’s low-cost marque in June. However, the “DC” became the standard in 2022 when dealerships adopted it.

It has been applied to all models of the lineup. Customers will be able place orders for their Dacia models starting June 16 new avatar The car comes with a slightly revised front grille. The cars won’t sport the “DC” badge at the rear, but a prominent “DACIA” script to match other automakers.

Dacia has also expanded the colour palette to include Lichen Khaki, replacing the previous logo which was criticised for being too similar to a bottle opener. The Sandero Stepway, Duster will be available in Monolith Grey for the roof rails and side mirror caps. The “DC” badge will be placed on all cars, while the “DACIA” lettering will be displayed on the steering wheel.

At the end of 2018, the first cars with the new logo will be delivered. The first cars with the new logo will be delivered to clients at the end of the year. While not many models are capable of traveling faster than 180 km/h (112 mph), Dacia will be the first Renault Group brand to have its cars limit that speed starting in 2023. The Bigster will be the new addition to the range. This larger SUV will be placed above the Duster.

The new logo will be displayed on Dacia’s vehicles in October 2022 at the Paris Motor Show. Although it is not clear which models will be traveling to the City of Light in the future, the updated corporate logo has been rolled out across the entire lineup: Spring and Sandero, Sandero stepway as well as Logan, Duster and Jogger.
