German tuner can dial the X5M’s output to 670 PS (493 kW) or 950 Nm of torque. Flash Evo M bodykit and 22- or 23-inch wheels are included in the tuning job.
Hamann, a German tuner, does the BMW X5 M. He renames it Flash Evo M.
To match the additional power Hamann pumps under your bonnet, the tuning process begins with a body kit. A front spoiler is added with LED daytime running lights, large intakes for the engine, and brakes. The new bonnet made of carbon fiber is equipped with air inlets that allow the power plant to be fed below it. The body kit also includes side sill bars and fender extensions as well as side wings for wheel arches. The tuner adds a sport exhaust system that incorporates the central-mounted double-pipes into the new diffuser.
Hamann tuned the engine to increase the output of the X5M’s 610 PS (449 kW), and 780 Nm torque – an increase from the series’ 555 PS (408 kW), and 680 Nm torque.
Hamann also offers the HM 670 sport kit, which is good for 670 PS (493 kW), and 950 Nm.
The SUV’s suspension springs are progressively wound to lower it by 30 mm, allowing it to better handle its 300 km/h top speed.
You can roll on 22-inch or 23-inch light alloy wheels.
The sport steering wheel is located on the interior. It has a quilted leather exterior with contrast stitching and Alcantara. Hamann finishes it with a carbon- and stainless-steel sillplate with the tuner’s illuminated logo.
