The catalog from Lego in the Netherlands contained new products that were to be available for the second half 2019 and was leaked.
Everybody’s favorite brick toy manufacturer is offering new auto-related goodies for collectors and enthusiasts alike. According to The Brothers Brick, Lego is releasing 12 new sets. Although only three of the new kits are automotive-related, they sound quite cool. This is because the photos aren’t as high-res this time, and there are only low-resolution images of individual pages in the catalog. According to the report, Lego’s new Dutch edition of its latest catalog features products for the second-half of 2019. However, it could have been a leak since the catalog currently only includes kits for the first halves of the year. The Brothers Brick pulled some information before the Dutch catalog was darkened.
We need to start with the Speed Champions Porsche 911 Kit. Lego released several Speed Champions offerings last year. These included everything from American muscle to exotics in Italy and yes, even a Porsche 911 with the iconic shade of green. The new 911 kit is a repaint, with white bricks and black trim. It also features a massive whale tail spoiler.
Technic’s next offering is a generic off-roading monster trucks. Although we can’t pinpoint a particular automaker influence, it can be controlled radio-controlled through the Powered Up! It has three motors to assist it. It’s pretty amazing, and could be a great way for you to spend your afternoon.
Let’s face it, once you’ve built all those cool machines, it’s nice having a place to keep them. If this Lego purchase is your first, it includes a generic-designed car which sort of resembles a Corvette. It’s scaled perfectly to fit on the truck.
Pricing is not known as the information appears to be an early leak of what’s coming. We suspect that something official will soon be made available, as the catalog shows products from July to December.
