It looks very similar to the CT4V we saw last month.
Cadillac presented the CT4-V performance sedan at the end of last month. Although some were unhappy Cadillac would attach the coveted V badge to what many consider unworthy, this was our first glimpse at the replacement for the ATS. New spy photos today give us a clear view of the non-V CT4. The differences are minimal.
Two trims of CT4 were captured by our spy photographers: Sport and Luxury. These two trims are different from each other. The Sport trim features a V-Series-inspired grille with black accents and clear taillights. While the Luxury trim features bright trim accents as well as a unique grille design, the Luxury trim is more modern. The lower front facias of the Sport are different. They closely resemble the CT4V’s design.
The turbocharged 2.0-liter four cylinder engine producing 237 horsepower (176 megawatts) should be found under the hood of the CT4. The CT4-V has a turbocharged, 2.7-liter four cylinder engine that produces an estimated 320 horsepower (239 kW). All-wheel or rear-wheel drive will be available on the sedan. The CT4 Sport’s rear end features an AWD badge. An eight-speed automatic transmission should be used to pair the engine with the XT4 or CT5. This is the only transmission option. The CT4 will borrow heavily from CT5. We’ve seen the CT4’s interior in the CT4-V reveal. It has a modern, clean design.
