These rims look great.
Hyundai has begun to expand its crossover SUV range. The Venue is the smallest high-rider, while the Palisade is the most popular mid-size crossover. The Tucson, the second-best-selling Korean model, is all well and good.
The Tucson is among the marque’s most outdated crossovers in terms of design and platform. But it will not be long. The latest photos show the most detail yet.
This new set spy images is somewhat similar to the prior, which was released last month. Similar but not identical. Both the narrower lights are still distinguished by the wide, cascading grille. Also, the second tier of supposed headlights at the bottom bumper is prominent. Although the profile isn’t very clear at this stage, we all know that the 2021 Tucson inherits the square-ish wheel wells.
Three details have been revealed about the next generation Tucson. The set of wheels is a significant upgrade from the existing rim designs, although it’s too early to know if this will be the production version.
The prototype also shows that a panoramic sunroof is an option on the next-generation model. The rear end is covered but the taillights peek through small openings. However, our spy suspects that the taillights will be vertically oriented, although it is too early to know.
As a 2021MY, the next generation Hyundai Tucson will be unveiled in the second half of 2020. We’ll be seeing more of the Tucson prototype over the next few months, as it sheds more camo and exposes more skin.
