Slavche Tnevsky, a student from the Munich University of Applied Sciences has designed this futuristic Lamborghini design concept.
The Madura, named after an Indonesian island known for bull races, was developed in collaboration with Lamborghini designers and Audi designers for Lamborghini’s Raw Materials Project.
Tanevsky says that “The Madura” is a proposal to make a hybrid Lamborghini for 2016. A car that is more efficient and less harmful to the environment doesn’t necessarily mean it should be more exciting, beautiful, and faster. This new propulsion system needs to be represented in the design of the car.
Although it is vaguely similar to the Reventon or the Estoque, the overall design of the Madura looks sleeker, more focused and more aggressive. The Madura’s front features include slim headlights to emphasize the car’s width, large air intakes and a curvaceous roof. The car’s unique look is due to the hybrid engine that Tanevsky mounted in the front.
