It’s not clear, but the Concept was an electric vehicle with a range-extended petrol engine and an electric motor. The car had a constant output of 73 PS (54kW/72 hp) and could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.0 seconds. It also reached a maximum speed of 170 km/h (106 km/h). The concept can travel 60 km (37 miles) using electricity, and then the petrol engine activates to extend the range by 440 km (273 mi).

Bahar spoke about the City Car and said that the company is still on track with their ambitious five year plan, which includes the launch of a new Elan Elite, Eterne Eterne Elise, Elise, Elise, and Esprit. This model will be revealed in production-ready form at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show.
