It’s quite a sight to see in Monaco.
Jon Olsson is a professional freeskier from Sweden and an alpine ski racer. He’s back with another crazy project. It’s not a new car, but a modification to his Mercedes-Benz G500 4×42 called Lord Hans.
This is the G Class that Olsson converted into a convertible last June to allow the off-roader to be parked in Marabella and Monaco parking garages. The G500 4×42 now has a custom fabric roof which allows the skier the ability to drive it in rainy conditions. The video above shows that the exterior color is a new white, which matches Olsson’s personal clothing line.
Lord Hans’ 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 was heavily modified in its previous version to produce 780 horsepower (582kilowatts). Additional hardware upgrades, including a brand new exhaust system, increase that number to 850 horsepower (634 kW). Olsson does not mention one of the most unique features this car has – an iPhone application that alters the sound by adjusting an internal valve within the exhaust pipes.
The video features Janni Olsson’s wife who is a fashion blogger and lifestyle blogger. They then take a short tour of Monaco. It’s quite a sight.
This car is due for a new name after so many modifications. Olsson invites his followers for ideas. You are invited to leave your comments below.
