The golf cart jetpack is game-changing

A 210 horsepower rotary engine powers the golf cart.

Oakley celebrates golf’s return at the Olympic Games with a futuristic cart jetpack for Bubba Watson, a two-time Masters champion.

The golf cart jetpack was developed in partnership with Martin Aircraft. It produces 210 horsepower and allows professional golfers to see the course and their game from a new perspective. The jetpack can travel up to 46 mph and climb as high as 3,000 feet.

The jetpack has a rotary engine and traditional golf car features such as a bag holder, cup holder and “everything you need to have a great round.

Oakley claims that the flying cart is a slight advantage for players because it gives them a bird’s-eye view of each hole and allows them to fly freely from one location to another in any environment.

Martin’s personal jetpack is the basis of the golf cart, which will be served at a luncheon later in next year. Although the jetpack is affordable at $200,000, it requires that users have the proper training and certifications in order to use it.

You may recall that Oakley and Bubba Watson have collaborated before to create this unique golf cart. The two created a hovercraft golf cart that could float on water and also float back nine.
