The supercar, named L’Ultimo (literally “the last”) in Italian, is dressed in an F1 livery derived directly from Lewis Hamilton’s car.
The Pagani Huayra’s coupe version of the Pagani Huayra has been retired. Instead, the 100 th car will be arriving at its rightful Miami dealership. Although Lewis Hamilton might not be a fan of the Zonda’s handling in his Formula 1 race, the four-time champion was the inspiration behind the design of the L’Ultimo. Better yet, the Huayra’s Mercedes-AMG F1 championship winning car had a significant influence on its livery.
The official rendering, attached below, was published in April. However, it doesn’t tell all the story. The last hurrah of the Huayra with fixed roof is undoubtedly more striking in metal. The car took eight months to complete. While that may seem long, a Pagani car is far from an ordinary car.
After closely working with the Pagani factory, Brett David, a Prestige Import Miami dealer, Brett had the pleasure to take delivery of the final Huayra coupe. duPontRegistry states that there was a live link between the Miami-based dealer, and the factory in Italy. This allowed Brett to view the car in 3D during its development.
Pagani has shifted his focus to the roadster, which will be gaining a BC-specific version after production of the Huayra coupe is over. The coupe’s droptop model is limited to 100 units. It was also featured in the headlines a few months back for being the subject for what is most likely the most expensive lease: $700,000.0 down payment and $25,339 per monthly for 60 months.
Pagani shared preliminary information about the Huayra’s replacement. It will be powered by a Mercedes-AMG-sourced V12 engine and paired with a standard manual transmission. Affalterbach’s powerhouse won’t be hybridized. However, the company plans to produce an electric hypercar that will be fully electric by the middle of next decade.
