2021 Corvette Walkaround Video – All The Secret ‘Vette logos

So. Many. Logos.

Does Chevrolet take pride in the Corvette? The owners certainly do. Since the 2019 mid-engine redesign, the American sports car has been a hit with Chevy enthusiasts and has also impressed the world with its value-for-money performance. We know that there are many nifty Easter eggs in and around C8, but we thought we knew all.

Recent video by Drive 615 This video proves the contrary. This video does not go into the engine bay, nor the Different features of the “Vette” infotainment screen. This is instead a case study showing how many times a manufacturer can conceal a logo on cars. We are already familiar with the small Corvette wings that were used to cover the rear glass in place of the usual round frits. This shields adhesives from the UV rays. We were also aware of the hidden Corvette flag between the speakers grille and the seats. You’ll also see the ‘Vette logo on the digital speedometer’s startup splash screen.

You’ll notice a tiny logo at the lower edge of the housings on the taillights. The outer edge of the headlights has a second emblem. You’ll find the Corvette wings on the driver-side windshield base, along with Team Corvette letters. If you look at the windshield from the passenger side, you’ll notice a small likeness to Zora Arkus -Duntov who was the first person to envision a mid-engine Corvette more than a half century ago.

But there’s more.

The Corvette logo is featured on a sticker that can be found in the driver’s door jam. It is also included on the Stingray’s door sills. It’s located on the back of seat headrests. But did you know that the trim between the seats is filled with tiny ‘Vette wings? What about the logo on the strap between the seat and the headrests? Or the one on your key fob. The other emblem on the fob is the real deal. Chevrolet wants to remind everyone that the C8 is not a Ferrari.

Is this excessive? It’s certainly a questionable matter, but Corvette owners seem to love it so it’s hard to fault Chevy for giving Corvette buyers what they want.
