The Raptor 2021 will be available Standard with a 3.5-liter EcoBoost 6 According to a leaked dealer ordering guide, it is. It is not clear if the engine has the same output as its predecessor with 450 horsepower (336 Kilowatts) 510 pound-feet (691 Newton-meters). It wouldn’t surprise Ford to increase the numbers slightly just for bragging rights.

Based on the sound of the Raptor’s exhaust, it seems that Ford is also working on a V8 engine. The leaked dealer guide suggests that this engine would arrive later in the vehicle’s production run.

The Raptor will be available in eight colors: Code Orange (Rapid Red), Velocity Blue (Antimatter Blue), Velocity Blue (Velocity Blue), Antimatter Blue), Iconic Silver; Lead Foot, Agate Black; and Oxford White. A two-panel moonroof can be added to the Raptor for $1,495.

The Raptor’s ride height is higher than the F-150 and has a more robust suspension to absorb bumps. Depending on the mode, a sophisticated all wheel- or four-wheel drive system should reduce the power.
