2021 Infiniti Q50 Sharper with New Signature Edition

The Q50 will be adorned with a bolder exterior design and a more spacious cabin in 2021.

It’s seven years since the US launched the InfinitiQ50. The world premiere of the luxury sedan was at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. Although there have been some improvements since then, such as the introduction of the Red Sport 400 model or a minor facelift recently, the luxury sedan is still showing its age. The new Q50 Signature Edition will bring renewed life to the sedan’s lineup in 2021.

The Q50 Signature Edition features a subtle, but elegant exterior upgrade. The sedan’s exterior has been given a darkened chrome grille with polished 19-inch aluminum-alloy tires. Four new colors are also available: Dynamic Sunstone Red (pictured here), Majestic White (pictured here), Midnight Black (pictured here), and Grand Blue (pictured here).

The cabin’s interior features include a Saddle Brown interior that drapes over the front sport buckets as well as the rear bench. Other elements of the Q50 Sensory model are carried over, including a Bose 16 speaker audio system, navigation and the same InTouch dual touchscreen setup, which has an 8.0-inch display at the top and a smaller, 7.0-inch display at the bottom.

The 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter engine is the same as the Q50’s. It produces 300 horsepower (223 Kilowatts) or 295 lb-ft (405 newton-meters). Customers can also choose between rear- or all-wheel drive with the standard seven-speed automatic transmission.

Jeff Pope, INFINITI Americas Group Vice-President, stated that the 2021 Infiniti Q50 signature edition is driven by passionate drivers who are looking for something unique. Its unique interior and striking exterior colors complement the Q50’s bold attitude and outstanding twin-turbo V6 underneath it.

This spring, the Infiniti Q50 Signature Edition will go on sale for $48,200. The rear-wheel-drive model is priced at $48,200. The all-wheel-drive model will cost you $50,200. For 2021, there will be other trims such as Pure, Luxe and Sensory.
