2022 Ford BroncoWarthog Spy Video Captures Rugged-Off-Roader in Moab

Ford has not yet revealed when the model will be revealed.

Multiple spy shots have revealed that Ford has been developing a hotter Bronco model. Although there are still many rumors about its name, including whether it would be called Raptor and Warthog, has apparently put them to rest before 2020. New spy footage has captured the off-roader in high riding, still wearing camouflage, while testing near Moab (Utah), one of America’s most popular destinations for off-road enthusiasts.

Unfortunately, the video only confirms what we already know. To improve its off-road performance, the Bronco Warthog will be riding on 37-inch tires and taking some suspension parts from the F150 Raptor. It is still unknown what engine it will be powered by. The Ford Bronco will not receive a V8. Our best guess is that the 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 will power it. The Explorer ST produces 400 horsepower (298 Kilowatts) as well as 415 pound-feet (563 Newton meters) of torque.

It is difficult to conceal the vehicle’s extra-wide stance or noticeable fender flares, even though it is thickly camouflaged. This vehicle will be able to handle more than the Bronco’s Sasquatch Package. Two spy videos from the past showed a camouflaged vehicle attacking Silver Lake Sand Dunes in Michigan, just before Halloween. It was seen testing its GOAT and Trail Turn Assist modes, allowing it to lock the inner rear wheel for tight turns.

Ford has not yet revealed when the 2022 Bronco Warthog will be revealed. Ford has not yet announced when it will reveal the 2022 Bronco Warthog. Ford will not begin reviewing orders until May. However, the company has offered up $300 to customers who are still waiting for their order. The Sasquatch-equipped Bronco won’t arrive until 2022. This could mean that we will be waiting longer for the Warthog, but it could be worth the wait.
