2022 Ford Maverick with Bed Topper Unveiled at Dealer Meeting

Two styles are available.

Ford will be hosting a Dallas dealer meeting, where you can see the Maverick equipped with a bed topper. The pickup’s back is curved by the unusual shape of the panel. These photos were originally posted by a user to the Maverick Truck Club forum. Motor1.com was granted permission to use them.

Snug Top supplies the Maverick bed topper. The Sport version features large windows that can open a few inches. The interior is carpeted with a roof and walls. A LED strip illuminates the interior with light from an LED strip.

The Snug Top Sports bed topper is available for $3,449. You can get it in Absolute Black or Alto Blue, Area 51 or Velocity Blue.

The Snug Top SnugPro commercial is available for $3,029 It is available in white and replaces windows with solid panels, which open for extra security.

Both toppers extend upward from the outside just after attaching to the roof. Instead of descending straight over the tailgate, the back is angled. It gives the truck a more round silhouette from the sides.

The Maverick can be ordered with many accessories. You can attach cargo boxes or carriers to your roof for kayaks, canoes and bikes.

This fall, the Maverick will go on sale. Ford claims that the Maverick has received 100,000 orders for its small pickup. Many customers hail from California, especially Los Angeles and San Francisco, Texas, and Florida. The automaker prioritises completing orders for customers rather than dealer allocations at launch. It is building fewer hybrid models that EcoBoost engines.
