2022 Toyota Sienna Woodland edition reported to start at $46,565

The Platinum trim is the highest-end and most expensive, at more than $50,000

Toyota surprised everyone earlier this year by announcing the Sienna Woodland Edition. This minivan, which is inspired by adventure, has a new look and improved its capabilities. Although Toyota did not disclose the price of the model, a new report by Cars direct provides some insight into the cost. It will cost close to $50,000, according to the latest order guide from Toyota.

Customers will pay over $46,565, plus the $1,215 delivery fee. The price of a fully loaded model is $48,000. However, the most expensive Sienna trim remains the $51,975 platinum. The Woodland Edition costs $3,500 more than the regular all-wheel drive XLE model. This package is more than an appearance package. It’s quite common for such a package. Toyota actually increased the minivan’s capabilities.

Toyota will increase the Woodland Edition’s ground clearance. However, the company won’t reveal how. In the photos above, you can see that the lift is about half an inch. For extra cargo carrying, the model has roof rails with crossbars. However, those who want to tow more will be pleased to know that the Woodland also comes with a 3,500-pound (1.587-kilogram), tow hitch. You can also get an exclusive paint color or other visual upgrades like dark chrome trim.

Toyota includes second-row captain’s seats, a 1,200-watt JBL audio system, black sport seats with contrast stitching and heated front seats. There are also plenty of USB outlets. Minivans aren’t given the respect they deserve for their utility and practicality. The Sienna Woodland proves that they can be broken. Although it’s not an off-road SUV like either the Wrangler or the Bronco, the Sienna Woodland looks rugged enough to take on a weekend in the wilderness.
