The brand’s second electric vehicle is the 2023 Genesis GV60, which joins the G80 electric sedan. It is available now at $59,980. All prices include $1,090 destination fee.

Genesis offers the HTML60 in the US with two configurations: Advanced and Performance. At less than $60,000, the entry-level GV60 Advanced AWD is available. The GV60 Performance starts at $68,980.

Advanced trim combines a 74-kilowatt motor at the front with a 160-kW motor at the rear to produce 314 horsepower (234 Kilowatts). The battery’s 77.4-kilowatt hour capacity can provide an estimated 248 miles (400 km) of range. The Performance combines two 160-kW electric motors rear and front to produce 429 horsepower (320 kW), with a temporary boost function that can increase power to up to 483 horsepower (360 kW). The range is 235 miles (378km).

The Performance AWD trim gets a more powerful front motor and an electronically controlled suspension. It also has an electronic limited slip differential, heated rear seats and 21-inch alloy wheels. Monobloc front brakes. Napa leather seating surfaces. Microfiber suede headliner. pillars. The Digital Key allows vehicle owners to unlock their vehicles with compatible devices, and also share their keys with others via iMessage or the iPhone.

Although it may not seem like much, Genesis offers an entry-level vehicle with plenty of safety and standard features. Genesis’ Advanced AWD trim includes its safety features and advanced driver assist systems.

Genesis offers a Face Connect system, which allows drivers to unlock their GV60 using their faces. Drivers can connect their driver profile to the facial recognition system, which allows the car to adjust the driver’s seat, mirrors and steering wheel according to their preferences. The car’s Fingerprint authentication system can be used to unlock the keys and allow drivers to start the vehicle.

The 2023 Genesis GV60 can be purchased now in the USA. Sales are starting to pick up in the US. Genesis will be selling in California, Connecticut and New Jersey. Genesis has also signed an agreement with Electrify America for three years of complimentary charging starting at the car’s purchase date and ending at GV60 owners.
