2023 Porsche Cayenne Spy Shots Reveal Updated Taillights

A tweaked front fascia is also available.

These spy photos of the updated Porsche Cayenne showcase the new crossover and its production-spec taillights. Although there is some covering around the lamps, enough is visible to give us a good idea what they look like.

Porsche engineers used tape and cladding to hide the modifications to the front end. The lower fascia is covered with a lot of material that makes it difficult to see the production-spec parts. The headlights appear larger when they are covered.

The taillights are taped at the back by the development team. The center section exposes some of its production-ready design underneath. It is covered in red material with holes. Because the brake lights extend almost to the middle of Cayenne’s hatchback, they appear larger.

Earlier photos offer a glimpse inside the refreshed crossover. The Cayenne’s updated infotainment screen has been replaced by a few physical controls. A new design is also available for the center console, which includes a minimalist-designed gearshift similar to the one found in the latest 911.

The powertrain changes for the Cayenne update are not yet clear. Although we don’t expect anything major, Porsche sometimes slightly increases the power outputs of the different powertrains during model updates.

The Cayenne Coupe has a sleeker design. There’s also a refresh. The changes are merely minor tweaks to the design of the boxier version.

The debut date for the refreshed Cayenne range has not yet been set. The new models will be in showrooms by 2022.

This gallery of renderings shows what we know so far about the Cayenne. It attempts to remove the camouflage and give you a better idea what’s to come. These minor changes keep the premium crossover fresh, but they are not major.
