A power pack for entry-level cars gives 830 horsepower.
Posaidon has tuned many Mercedes AMG models in the past, but this latest one feels completely new. Three power upgrades have been announced by the German tuner for the E63 wagon. They give the Mercedes a lot of power, with up to 940 horsepower (700kilowatts). The entry-level upgrade, however, offers 830 horsepower (618 kW) This can be achieved using both hardware and software upgrades, depending on which power pack is used.
The Posaidon E63 RS 830 is the entry-level upgrade. It lays the foundation for all the others. It includes upgraded turbochargers and a sports filter. Downpipes are also equipped with sport catalytic convertors. Software upgrades have been made to the engine control, transmissions control, and centra powertrain controller. The 830-hp upgrade includes 1,100 Nm (811 Lb-ft), of torque, which allows the car hit 62 mph in just 3.2 seconds. All tunes now have a top speed of 217 mph (350 km/h).
The mid-level upgrade, which includes ball-bearing turbochargers as well as the other 830 upgrades, gives the car 880 horsepower (656 kW) & 1,200 Nm (885 Lb-ft) respectively. The 830+ wagon can reach 62 mph in just 3.1 seconds. Posaidon offers an upgrade that is less intrusive with the PowerBox tune. This will give the E63 or E63 S an extra 95 hp (or 150 Nm) and the E63 S a maximum of 707 horsepower (527 kW) as well as 1,000 Nm (737 Lb-ft) of torque.
