Peugeot installs a part-time 4-wheel-drive system that raises the ride height.
The Peugeot Boxer 4X4 Concept Is the brand’s idea about a Camper van that can go anywhere To take three people on an offroad adventure. It has a bright exterior with a mixture of Wanderlust Green & Mint green. This makes it stand out. It will be unveiled at the Recreational Vehicle Show, Le Bourget, France on September 28.
The Boxer 4X4 Concept runs on a Peugeot BlueHDi165 engine that produces 273 pound-feet (370 Newton meters) of torque. It is controlled by a six-speed manual. You can control the part-time four wheel-drive system from the dashboard using switches. The system sends power only to the rear wheels in four-wheel drive mode if there is a loss of traction. Lock mode makes it send torque to the rear.
Peugeot raises the Boxer’s ride height by 1.8 inches (30 millimeters), at the front, and 1.969 inches at the back. For better traction in harsh conditions, the van comes with BF Goodrich offroad tires.

Exterior also features a Peugeot eM02 FS Powertube electronic mountain bike mounted on a rear-mounted rack and a canoe attached to the roof rack. The eight LEDs located above the windshield provide light for the road ahead.
The Boxer 4X4 has 107.6 square feet (10 meters) of living area and includes a bathroom and kitchenette. It also features a sleeping area. Alcantara in the shade Greval Grey is used throughout the cabin, while the floor is made of recycled plastic.
The dashboard features an Alpine navigation system that makes it easy for the occupants to avoid getting lost. It is intelligent enough to avoid any low bridges that could pose a problem for van. It doesn’t allow drivers to drive on roads too narrow for the Boxer.
