Here, the larger grille and chiseled jaw look great.
After experimenting with a modified Ferrari Daytona as well as a restored Corvette Stingray, theSketchMonkey is now trying to make something mainstream. The all-new Jeep Grand Cherokee is currently in development, while the SUV will be the subject of this latest 15-minute overhaul.
The New Grand Cherokee is Coming!
Let’s start with the obvious. This is a fresh take on the old. Jeep It’s a minor facelift. According to our sources, the Grand Cherokee’s next generation will be an entirely new offering. Spy photos Under heavy camouflage tarps, the Grand Cherokee clearly shows something completely different. The SUV will gain a third row and the Grand Cherokee will be a little larger. Everywhere front.
Although it doesn’t change the wheelbase or greenhouse, the interpretation does give the vehicle a sharper look. TheSketchMonkey incorporates a popular trend among automakers by giving the SUV an extra-large grille. The iconic seven-vent design is still there, but the lower fascia has been redesigned. The design was inspired by the Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, which is why the wheels and blacked out treatment were used. The SUV’s on-road performance is also highlighted by the smooth roof that has no racks. Although it is quite subtle, the primary body line of the SUV along the side is slightly raised.
Although the end result is a sleek SUV, we know much less is on the horizon for Grand Cherokee’s future. It will ride on a brand new platform, sourced from Alfa Romeo. This platform should be able to support multiple powertrain options, including full and hybrid. We don’t think internal combustion will go away – we believe the V8 will continue to be the Jeep’s top-of-the-line engine.
The best predictions for when it will arrive are for 2020, but the most current estimates point to a 2021 model-year debut in late 2020.
