The 911 GT3 RS configurator was launched by Porsche ( here). There are four colors to choose from: standard white, GT Silver Metallic and Ultraviolet. Prices start at $3,140. The orange color in Geneva, as well as the colour in Germany has been seen before. Now it’s time to see the violet paint. It is a unique choice but a bit pricey.

The Porsche 911 GT3 RS is already available for order. It features a new 4.0-liter flat six engine that produces 500 HP (368 kW) as well as 460 Nm (340 lbft). It is 10 kg (22 lbs lighter) than the 911 GT3 and will take 3.3 seconds to reach 62 mph (100 km/h), before reaching a top speed of more than 200 mph (322 km/h). Porsche already revealed that the 911 GT3 RS was able to lap the Nurburgring in just 7 minutes and 20 seconds.

The model is priced at EUR181,690 in Germany, £175,900 in the USA, and PS131,296 for the UK & Ireland. Porsche claims that the GT3 is capable of fulfilling this role, but there might not be one.
