Porsche continues to cover the interior.
We are still puzzled by the fact that Porsche is preparing a refreshed Panamera soon after updating the model in 2021. Our spy photographers captured Porsche several times testing a slightly refreshed Panamera over the past six months. A new batch also shows Porsche’s development for 2022.
These photos are nothing new, but they do not change what we have seen. With changes to the intakes, the front bumper continues to be updated. The license plate is now protected by a slimmer grille opening. The car appears to also have vertical-oriented daytime running lamps that are located on the exterior of the bumper.
Similar to previous spy Panameras this one seems to cover its dashboard too. This suggests that Porsche plans to update the cockpit. Although it’s not clear what Porsche will do, such covers often conceal something. Maybe Porsche will Get some inspiration The digital interfaces of the all-electric Taycan are available.
Rumours suggest that the new Panamera Turbo GT could be introduced to match the Cayenne Turbo GT. However, that is speculation. There’s a chance that Porsche will update the model without changing the powertrains. If this is Turbo GT, it would share its twin-turbo, 4.0-liter V8 with a Cayenne variant. This produces 631 horsepower (471 Kilowatts) as well as 626 pound-feet (849 Newton meters) of torque in an SUV. This is a little more than the most recent Panamera Turbo S.
We don’t know when Porsche will reveal the Panamera updated. Although the Panamera’s modest redesign and lack camouflage suggest that it is ready for production we have not heard from Porsche regarding an upcoming reveal.
