Two months ago, renderings have been presented of the next BMW M6. A prototype of the car was seen being tested on the Nurburgring. Although the actual concept car has different rear doors, the test car’s roofline is similar to that of the BMW Gran Coupe Concept designs sketches.
It is hard to see the potential of the car with all its camouflage (including extra pieces on the front end), The car does have a thin lower lips/splitter and a sectional bumper. It is also covered by twin black mesh camouflage kidney grilles with similar slats to the Gran Coupe Concept. The performance-oriented M car has the expected quad exhaust and cross-drilled rotors. Also, larger wheels were added. The rear of the car, like the nose, has been completely covered.
The BMW M6 will share the 4.4-liter twin turbo V8 engine producing 570 horsepower (425 kW, 578 PS) and the M5. It could sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds.
