Alpine only makes 300.
The Alpine A110 Legende GT will be available in Europe for 300 units only in 2021. This latest version is more powerful because it uses the turbocharged four-cylinder engine from the A110S. It produces 288 horsepower (215 Kilowatts) as well as 236 pound-feet (322 Newton-meters). The prices start at EUR71600 (or 86,782 depending on current exchange rates) in France.
Two color options are available for the Legende GT. The exterior is Mercury Silver with a black leather interior and grey stitching. An Abyss blue body with Amber Brown leather upholstery is another option. Both models come with transparent LED taillights.
18-inch multi-spoke wheels in diamond-cut finish are available, regardless of exterior color. They are accompanied by gold brake calipers.
The new Legende GT features six-way adjustable Sabelt Comfort seating. A faux-suede Dinamica headliner is also featured in the cabin. The cabin has carbon fiber accents in a copper weave, including visors and air vents. Below the center console is a plaque that shows the production numbers of each 300 unit. This special model includes front and rear parking sensors, backup cameras, and a Focal stereo.
The new Legende GT, just like the A110S can reach speeds of 62 mph (100 km/h) in 4.4 seconds. Maximum speed is 155 mph (249 km/h). A seven-speed dual-clutch transmission is the only available gearbox.
Rumours continue to swirl about the future A110 and Alpine as a brand. Luca de Meo, Renault CEO, says he would make Alpine a mini Ferrari. He even suggests that an EV could be made from the brand.
However, the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance’s cost-cutting plan includes reconverting the Dieppe factory when the A110 reaches the end of its lifetime. It seems unlikely that the model will be produced in a second generation.
