The infotainment system is much more modern.
The new Nissan Pathfinder model is in development. This spy shot is the first time we have seen its progress in several months. This time, the engineers have removed some camouflage and taken photos of its interior.
Comparable to the images from earlier years The grille on this Pathfinder’s Pathfinder is more prominent. The V-shaped grille of Nissan is evident in the outwardly flared vertical sections. The lower fascia, which is simple and horizontal, is also displayed. The taillights at the rear are visible but the engineers keep the vehicle well hidden.
The inside is the big news. You can see the partially-covered cabin. The design was completely redesigned by the designers in comparison to the current Pathfinder. The infotainment screen has a larger size and a section of buttons to control it from underneath. This layout requires that the air vents below the elements are relocated. The rest of the stack is covered by fabric.
A chunky, shift by-wire gear selector is located on the console. A visible electronic parking brake is also available.
The angle of the photo is not good enough to see the gauge cluster. Spy shots of the next-gen Rogue Sport, or Qashqai, in Europe show an informationtainment screen almost identical to this one. It also has digital instruments.
Nissan has confirmed that the new Pathfinder will be among the brand’s new models in the next 18 months. According to current speculation, it will go on sale in the 2021 model year. It could be unveiled before the end the year.
