Are you fed up with never getting your deliveries done on time? Ford , the M-Sport World Rally Team, and Ford have the solution for you.
It’s the Ford MS-RT Transit Custom. This is what happens to a van when it decides to lose weight and start running.
Based on the Transit Custom’s regular Transit Custom, the MS-RT has undergone a complete facelift that includes a front bumper and grille replacement with factory fog lamps, extreme front diffusion, sill extensions and wide body arch extensions. There are also stickers to finish the look.
The van also features 18-inch Anthracite OZ Racing alloys with Hankook Ventus S1 S1 Evo tyres that are 103 XL load-rated Hankook Ventus S1 S1 Evo springs and lowered Eibach springs.
Nappa leather and suede seating, a sports steering knob with carbon fiber inlays and rally-inspired MSRT branded floormats and dash clocks are all included inside. There are several interior options available: a two-seat panelvan, three-seat van, five-seat dual-cab, six-seat dual-cab, and six-seat triple-cab. You can also choose from long or short wheelbases, a tailgate, or twin back doors.
Ford’s EcoBlue 2-liter TDCi engine produces 168 horsepower. The transmission can be either six-speed manual, or six-speed automated.
Ed Davies, founder of MS-RT, stated that the new MS-RT Transit Custom transforms an already great van into something truly special. This will be something owners will treasure and a business can use to really make their brand stand out. We are thrilled about the new Custom’s launch and the implications it has for MS-RT as well as our loyal customers. It’s great news for Britain, because every vehicle is handmade in our Pontypool factory, South Wales.
“As we present the vehicle to media and the public, we fully expect it will become the hottest van property, and like many people who will purchase it, we can’t WAIT to get the job done.”
Prices for the Ford MS-RT Transit Custom are available in the U.K. Starting at PS32.995,
