The cosmetic changes have been minimal since we only notice the darker headlight graphics and slightly modified grille, which are in keeping with Mazda’s latest products. We are unable to provide a photo of the rear end at this time, but we can inform you that the taillights have been given a darker cherry red finish.
We don’t know much about the interior cabin, but we do know that it was refined to “give it a higher quality feel.” Mazda also included a rearview cam as an option.
The engine section will include a 4-cylinder turbodiesel of 2.2-liter capacity that produces 160 PS (118kW) and 385Nm (284lb-ft), as well as a 3.2-liter that generates 200 PS (147kW) and 470Nm (347lb-ft) respectively, which was used in the recently updated Ford Ranger.
The Mazda BT-50 pickup truck, which is being called an “active lifestyle vehicle”, has been produced in Thailand. Australia and Thailand will be the first countries to receive the pickup truck.
