BMW has expanded its M Performance parts catalogue with new offerings to the 2014 2-Series Coupe.
The kit includes a power upgrade for 220d Coupe that increases output of the 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo four cylinder diesel engine by 16HP (14 kW), and 40 Nm (30 lbft) to 200HP (147 kW), and 420Nm (312 lbft). The M235i now has a limited slip differential and silencer systems that produce a louder sound while reducing exhaust gases pressure.
The catalog contains tailpipe trim elements in chrome or carbon, as well as a sports suspension (lowered 20mm), red/yellow/orange brakes and two designs for 19-inch alloys. The aero kit includes a front apron, various front and rear air ducting elements as well as side sill attachments and a rear diffuser.
BMW 2-Series Coupe owners have the option to personalize their car by choosing a black look for the kidney grille and carbon exterior caps. Accents stripes are also available in two colors. Side sill foils can be engraved with “M Performance”. There are Alcantara or carbon interiors with red central marking, carbon-alcantara strips and steel pedals.
These goodies will all be available from March next year, when the 2-Series Coupe goes on sale.
