Good things come in small packages.
Giannini, in collaboration with GRAM (Gram Torino Engineering) transformed what was once a small and cute car that could be used for city driving into a supercar. The 350 GP4 is an evolution of the Alfa Romeo 4C powered Alfa Romeo 4C. 350 GP Original introduction was made at the Turin Motor Show in June of this year. That one was not. This little beast used to have a rear-wheel drive setup. However, it now has a 4×4 layout. The red body graphics are reminiscent of the 1980s.
The engine is now located behind the front seats, which makes it a major difference. The engine has been moved under the front hood, just like the regular Fiat 500. This allows those involved in the ambitious project the opportunity to reinstall their rear seats. Although the identity of the engine is not known, we know that it produces 350 horsepower just like the RWD model with an Alfa heart. The Fiat 500 is still not the most powerful, but it’s not the worst.
The 350 GP4 is already being tested. You can see more carbon fiber on the side mirror caps and the add-on piece at the lower end of the vented rearfenders, where it meets with the side skirts. The modifications include Plexiglas windows that reduce weight and a huge rear diffuser with red vertical fins.
The exact cost of the Fiat 500 on steroids is unknown. However, to give you an idea, the 350 GP rear-wheel-drive 350 SMG retails at EUR150,000 (roughly $175,000 at current exchange rate). Giannini stated that all details would be released at the conclusion of the testing phase.
