The Dormobile was an automobile. motorhome Martin Walter of Folkestone converted the Bedford CA van, which is based in Vauxhall. They were the first Bedford Dormobile conversions to be made in 1957.
You’re in luck if you’re looking to add this rare British motorhome into your collection. One sample is available for auction at by RM Sotheby’s.
Although the sample in question is from 1961, it has been fully restored to its retro glory. The images at RM Sotheby’s show that it looks very clean. The interior looks like it just came out of the showrooms. This should be a fantastic buy, if you ask us. Just gander at it.
