The Honda Passport is Surprisingly Less Expensive to Lease than the CR-V

This offer is valid until January

The Honda Passport was revealed almost two years ago in the 2019 model year. It is a viable choice if you are looking for a smaller crossover but with a larger cabin than the CRV.

The 2020 Passport starts at $31,990. The smaller Honda CRV starts from $25,150. Destination charges are not included. CarsDirect found that the 2020 Passport was being offered to Honda customers at a lower rate than the CRV. It’s a small difference, but it’s still quite impressive when you consider their prices, engine output and differences in size.

This lease pricing is part Honda’s Sign & Drive deals. The 2020 Passport costs $292 per month ($209/month over 36 months, $2999 due at signing). The CR-V is available at $310/month for 36 month with $0 due when you sign – both with a 10,000-mile yearly mileage allowance.

This offer is only available for 2020 Passports and 2020 CR-Vs. CarsDirect noted that 2020 Passport units have almost sold out.

The Passport can be leased at a monthly rate of $312 for those who choose the 2021 model – just $2 more than the CR-V. This is still a great deal considering you get the most recent version of the midsize crossover.

CarsDirect stated that the Passport lease offer is available only to current Honda owners who live in the following states: AZ. CA. CT. CO. DE. FL, IA. IL. IN. KY. MA, ME. MI, MN. MT. NE. NH. NJ. NM. NV. NY. OH. PA. RI. SD. UT. VT. and WI. This lease promotion is valid until January 4, 2021.
