All that excitement is great, but it’s the underside that should really excite people.

According to the publication, BMW’s S58 3.0-liter Inline-Six will power both the M3 and M4. The mill currently powers the BMWX3 M. There will be two versions of the engine: hot and hotter. The standard M3 will produce 473 horsepower (352 Kilowatts), while the Competition model, which BMW will offer starting from the beginning, will produce 503 horsepower (375 kW).
