These new police cars are difficult to avoid.
Dodge just updated the Durango line-up for the model year 2021. The new SUV lineup is a mere facelift. However, it was the most talked about because it got the Hellcat treatment. The new 2021 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat has 710 horsepower (529 Kilowatts) as well as 645 pound-feet (875 Newton-meters).
The teaser contains no additional information, aside from the camouflaged police cars. Dodge Law stated that the models would be available for purchase by September 2020. We expect to receive an official Dodge release regarding the new Pursuit models given this timeline.Mopar Insider speculates the Dodge Pursuit 2021 will receive the R/T tow N Go Package. This package comes with a 5.7-liter Hemi Hemi V8 that can pull up 8,700 pounds. It can also reach a top speed of 145 mph (233 km/h).
Mopar Insider anticipates minor changes to the 2021 Dodge Charger pursuit. The Pentastar V6 rear-wheel-drive system will continue to be used, but a more powerful Hemi V8 (5.7-liter) and all-wheel drive version will also be offered. The Charger Pursuit will still have passenger and driver doors with ballistic protection.
The Charger Pursuit, which is currently the most popular law enforcement sedan on today’s roads, is worthy of note. We expect Dodge to increase its presence in law enforcement with the new Pursuit models. Criminals beware!
