The late-night carnage left a new Camaro just barely alive.

Your driveway is not the best place to be in a traffic accident. Your chances of seeing multiple cars in your driveway being damaged are slimmer. They rank somewhere between hearing politicians tell the truth and seeing bigfoot. It happened to an innocent person who had a surveillance camera installed above his garage in a quiet Southern California neighborhood.

Unfortunately, there are many questions that remain unanswered about this incident. But the most heartbreaking part is what actually know. The below video was posted by NicW762 on Reddit four days ago. It shows two classic Ford Mustangs, parked under covers and flanking his driveway. A trailer is parked between them and a late-model Chevrolet pickup is parallel-parked at his driveway entrance. A newer Camaro is just behind the truck.

The camera captured a six second slice of life that saw the destruction of almost all of these vehicles in the early hours of November 5. The Reddit thread states that police were following an unidentified person in a pickup truck to the T-intersection. NicW762’s driveway was also visited by the vehicle. It tried to turn but the truck was moving so fast that it flew into the intersection and crashed into the pickup truck.

After having tore the truck’s front, the pickup is forced to lay on its back in the driveway. Miraculously, Camaro escaped the chaos by just inches. Mustangs – a 1967 convertible coupe and an early 1964.5 coupe- were not so fortunate. We don’t know how much damage they sustained or whether they can be repaired, but Nick762 states that his insurance only covers two of the three vehicles. It is not clear if that covers one or both Mustangs.

Unknown is also the condition of the driver and any passengers in the truck. It is not known why the driver was running. The video ends with visible police lights in the distance. The original poster did not offer any additional information, other than that the truck driver had no insurance. This would indicate that the person survived and didn’t sustain any serious injuries. However, without knowing the exact location of the crash, it’s impossible to continue the story.

The details are irrelevant. This guy had three cars wiped out in his driveway by the stupidity one person. Keep safe, people, because unfortunately, idiots are all around.
