This weekend, the Renault R30 cars in Abu Dhabi will sport the branding of Bank of Moscow.

This news could be an additional boost for Vitaly Petrov, a Russian driver who hopes to retain his race seat in 2011 with Enstone-based team.

The Russian capital partially owns the bank with its red and black logo and turning vanes.

Renault doesn’t have a new sponsor.

The branding of Renault’s Russian sponsor Flagman, which is prohibited by Abu Dhabi’s anti-alcohol advertising laws, is not permitted on this weekend’s cars.

Flagman’s holding firm is the Bank of Moscow.
