Ford GT owners receive a personal walk-through of the car.
You think you are an expert on the Ford GT. It’s a rare supercar. You also know its twin-turbocharged V6 motor. You might even be familiar with the various drive modes. But do you know where to find the secret cupholders? Are you familiar with the contents of the toolkit? Do you know how to open your driver’s door if the battery goes dead?
Manny Khoshbin, supercar-inwhite guru, answers these questions and many more in his new video. His new video is Ford GT Heritage Edition Finally, he arrived and brought a camera to the familiarization walkthrough. Any Not just supercars, but any new car purchase. It’s not as simple as you might think with a Ford GT. A single delivery specialist is able to fly across the country to introduce the Ford GT to new owners.
What do we know about the Ford GT that we don’t already? We are shown an easy way to open the doors. The GT’s driver seat is in a fixed position so we are shown how to manually adjust the pedal position. We will briefly explain the buttons on the steering wheel. There are also two cupholders on the passenger side of the center console that can be used for a quick latte before heading out to the track. There’s more!
This video focuses on the Ford GT’s aerodynamics. It includes the rear spoiler, which changes its shape when deployed. Another Ford GT owner’s tip: If you like the spoiler’s appearance, you can change it to manual mode so it stays up even when the car is in motion. We also get to see the manual kit and special tool that includes a charger for lithium batteries and a titanium hook. You’ll need to watch the GT because it doesn’t have a low-oil sensor.
The engine has a 600-mile break in period. After that, the oil is changed and you can redline as many miles as you like. The video explains that you can go 5,000 miles without changing your oil. Khoshbin’s Pagani has covered 130 miles since he purchased it a few years back. This means that he may not need to change his oil every so often.
Khoshbin shows how to “break in” a Ford GT just as you think you’re done with the video. Although it’s not actually breaking in, it requires a secret key that is stored in the electronic fob. However, it is possible to open your driver’s door without power by following a few extra steps. It’s not unlike launching nuclear missiles, but it is possible.
This video contains all you need to know about Ford GT so that you can dominate your competition at the next trivia night.
